Correction: Route of Stuart Christmas Parade changed!
Oops, we goofed!
The route of the Stuart Christmas Parade at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6, has, indeed, changed from previous years, but not exactly as Martin County Currents reported. It will begin at the Smithfield Plaza at 2101 SE Ocean Blvd. in Stuart, not at the YMCA, which is the gathering place of only some participants. The Christmas Parade, presented by the Visiting Nurses Association with a theme of “It’s a Green Christmas,” will head north from Smithfield Plaza along Ocean Boulevard and end at Georgia Avenue.
